Secure Client Site

RDI is taking advantage of new technology to increase our customer service. All RDI clients will be provided a secure site login and password. Here, the RDI client will be able to access both summary and detailed reports on their project's status, communicate with project team members, and transfer critical files to and from RDI.

Using the detailed project report, clients may view up-to-date budget information sorted by employee, task or invoice number. The report allows clients to view every hour worked by every employee. This information is current to within 24 hours.
