Texas Department of Information Resources Deliverables-Based IT Services

The Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Cooperative (Co-op) Contracts Program allows qualified vendors to provide Deliverables-Based IT Services (DBITS) directly to state and public educational agencies.

How to Order

Thanks to the ICT Co-op Contracts Program, interested agencies can approach us and work with us directly, ensuring the process is both efficient and focused directly on your application needs. The process is as follows:

• Visit the RDI vendor information page on the DIR website.
• Customers complete a Statement of Work (SOW)..
• Customers submit the SOW to RDI. The DIR website recommends submitting an SOW to at least three approved vendors. RDI may only respond to SOWs in the Application Development category.
• Customers work directly with RDI to negotiate the terms and conditions in the SOW, ensuring that they match the customer's business needs. (Note that negotiated terms and conditions cannot conflict with or weaken the terms of our DIR DBITS contract.)
• RDI will respond in writing to the SOW, quoting a price for the deliverables.
• The customer and RDI will sign the SOW, and the customer will provide RDI with a Purchase Order. The Purchase Order must include RDI's DIR contract number: DIR-SDD-943.
• RDI will begin work per the terms and conditions in the SOW.
• The customer will pay RDI directly.

Please note that that no single SOW can exceed $10 million including extensions, renewals and change orders.
