Bill is an EMCS in the US Navy, hopefully an EMMC
by the time reunion rolls around. He completed his BS and hopes to
complete a Masters while living in TN. He currently works as a detailer,
slotting rotating military persons into their next job... actually he is
the supervisor of other detailers, and has yea/nay say-so. Michelle has a
BA in Speech, and about 26 masters level credits toward an MA in
education. Right about the time she was finishing that, we had Anthony, so
she has been waiting for the kids to get a little older before she
finishes that. She devoted much of the last nine years to having and
raising the kids. She recently went back to work full-time... working for
the Navy Detailers. She has a much more interesting job than Bill (ha ha)
as she assists 3 different detailers in placing personnel in nominative
jobs (you have to apply, and be the best of the best for these jobs)... I
have spent time selling Longaberger baskets, substitute teaching and
managing medical stuff.

We didn't get to the 10 year
reunion, as we were awaiting the birth of our first child. We lived in FL
then, have lived in Hampton, VA and Newport News, VA (actually closer to
Yorktown and Williamsburg, VA)Arlington, WA and now we live in Atoka, TN.
Bill has served as an instructor at Nuclear Field "A" school in Orlando,
FL. He pre-commed the USS John C. Stennis in Newport News and Norfolk, VA
and continued to serve through the sea trials and intial pre-deployment
workups. He made Chief aboard the Stennis in 1994. He then went to Nuclear
Planning school in Portsmouth, VA. He then transfered to the USS Abraham
Lincoln, stationed in Everett, WA. He made Senior Chief aboard the Lincoln
1999. He transferred to Memphis in April 2000, and Michelle and the kids
came in June (after school let out). With 3 kids, we have lots of
excitement... Elizabeth and Olivia were both born while Bill was out to
sea... Just lucky I guess! ha ha!!! Anthony has Spina Bifida, and so he
has a complicated medical situation. He is doing well, and is pretty much
normal... and cantankerous :). He is in the third grade, and doing well.
The girls are darling (I'm not prejudice at all, ha ha) and are a lot of
fun besides. Elizabeth just started Kindergarten, and she likes it, and
Olivia stays with a friend of mine while I work. Can't wait for
reunion!!!!!
