I have been married to
Matthew Lindsay (1980)since 1984. We have four daughters. Noel is 15;
Nicole is 13; Hannah is 6; Haley is 4.

I began teaching
high school English in August of 1985. I taught high school in Las Vegas
for eleven and a half years--teaching forensics, speech, English, and
journalism. We had the opportunity to move back to northern Nevada and I
resigned my teaching position in Las Vegas. We moved back to Fallon and I
stayed home with my youngest daughters until I was offered a teaching
position at Churchill County Junior High School. I have taught there for
the past four years. I teach Computers and a class called Home &
Careers for seventh graders.

My four girls and my
teaching job keep me pretty busy. In the spare time I do have, I am an
avid reader and I still enjoy crafting. I recently returned to archery as
a hobby which I used to do when I was a teenager. I am looking forward to
some white water rafting later this summer. As a family we make a yearly
trip to Disneyland and I try to ride as many wild rides as possible.
