Project Manager/Sr. Analyst

Resource Data, Inc. is seeking applicants with experience implementing IBM Maximo version 5.0 or greater. Successful candidates must have a solid understanding of the primary modules used for facilities management together with report writing and interfacing experience. EOE

Technical Writer

Candidates must have 1. Excellent written communication and editing skills, with a solid understanding of writing mechanics, spelling, grammar, and style 2. Experience developing user guides, documenting business procedures, and diagramming processes in the software industry or another technical field 3. Experience gathering and synthesizing information from subject matter experts (e.g., end users, developers), existing documentation (e.g., technical designs, standard operating procedures), and other available resources (e.g., software applications) 4. The ability to work on multiple deliverables with tight time constraints and minimal supervision 5. Expert Microsoft Word skills Proficiency with Visio, Adobe Acrobat, and RoboHelp preferred.
