RDI is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Project Manager/Sr. AnalystRDI Anchorage is recruiting for a Project Manager / Senior Analyst to join our team. This is not your typical one-dimensional project-manager position! In this role you will be responsible for leading project teams; conducting in-depth analysis; reviewing design decisions; and maybe even participating in the coding efforts. Technical WriterQualified candidates should have excellent writing and editing skills; experience developing user guides, documenting business procedures and diagramming processes; experience gathering and synthesizing information from subject matter experts and existing documentation; and expert level Microsoft Word Skills. Ideal candidates will also have proficiency with Visio, Adobe Acrobat, experience working in the software industry, and a Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a technical field. EOE. RDI's Business Analysts work in a diverse project environment where you will identify client requirements, document processes and coordinate business needs with the development team. Other responsibilities include user documentation, business process reengineering, and project management. Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills; be able to work in a team environment composed of a diverse group of people and personalities; be proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and diagramming software.
