Part of our philosophy is to hire professionals and treat them as professionals. We expect our employees to be responsible for fulfilling their commitments, communicating effectively with their teams and clients, and managing the expectations of those around them. With responsibility comes freedom and flexibility: our employees tend to set their own schedules and use our proprietary internal tools to keep their project teams informed.

Communication at all levels is important, even while working in varied locations. Many of our projects are completed at the RDI offices; however, sometimes we are required to work at client sites—sometimes even for extended periods. Even if not regularly in the office, RDI employees have frequent opportunities to connect with coworkers, including monthly lunches and regular roundtable discussions.

Our company structure is relatively flat: each branch has a branch manager, and all employees at a branch location report to that branch’s manager. Employees are encouraged to continue to develop their skills and expertise in line with their career goals, and the branch manager will assign progressively more challenging assignments to support career development. Roles and responsibilities are assigned when a project team comes together, but everyone’s goals are the same: successful completion of the project and client satisfaction. No politics; no drama.
