AWWU WMS — Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility

RDI is implementing a commercial computerized work management system (Maximo) for maintenance of utility assets. Active Server Pages was used for Web-based reporting and quality control. The system is linked with the utility's GIS, which is based on ESRI's geodatabase.

Southeast Regional Resource Center (SERRC)

SERRC is using Maximo to support school districts statewide to meet a Department of Education mandate for a verifiable preventative maintenance program in order to qualify for capital improvement funds. RDI has supported SERRC in implementing Maximo so SERRC staff can support multiple remote school districts. We have provided tools that allow SERRC to distribute electronic work orders so that remote maintenance staff can complete the work order information and submit updates to SERRC. This approach has yielded a cost-effective solution for remote schools and a highly efficient method of sharing technology across the state.
