Director, Houston

Bill is a seasoned Project Manager and Senior Analyst who has been with Resource Data since 2011. With a robust background in managing projects across various sectors, with a particular emphasis on Geographic Information System (GIS) solutions for the Idaho Transportation Department and other significant entities, his expertise spans the full project lifecycle. Bill is able to seamlessly foster client engagements and delivering solutions that effectively address business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

    Celebrating 28 years with Resource Data, Doug continues to thrive on challenging work and the dynamic atmosphere. Doug credits the Houston team’s expertise and collaborative spirit as a significant contribution to our company’s success. He particularly enjoyed a project that integrated GIS with a cost model for adjustments based on alignment changes, offering a fascinating and rewarding cost analysis approach. Outside of work, you can find Doug enjoying remodeling projects like the restoration of a 1974 Porsche 911, which has been a decade in the making! He also loves spending time on the water, whether it’s boating, wakeboarding, or surfing.

    • Food Sushi, particularly from a remarkable establishment in Katy, TX, that imports fresh fish from Japan weekly.

    James firmly believes that cats are the best pets. Aside from that, he is an avid gamer in all realms, from board games to video games to RPGs. He even creates his own 2D RPGs using Microsoft’s Unity framework in his free time (when he’s not playing other games or expanding his creative skillset in Skill Share.) As a senior programmer/analyst in our Houston branch, he loves the work-life balance, helpful coworkers, variety of project work, and flexibility to live the remote-worker life.

    Sr. GIS Programmer Houston, TX

    Dave loves working with data and performing spatial analysis to create beautiful maps and solve problems for his clients in a wide range of industries. After working in the mortgage industry, he went back to school for a degree in geography and joined Resource Data in 2013 as a GIS programmer/analyst. He’s a native Texan, but during a three-year stint living in Jakarta, Indonesia in the 1990s, he turned his childhood soccer hobby into a full-blown passion playing for the Jakarta International School and traveling all over southeast Asia.
